1. Introduction
Welcome to the Render Munk website. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before submitting an inquiry or starting a project.
2. Services
Render Munk provides digital design services including 3D visualization, computational design, immersive technology, and digital fabrication. The scope, pricing, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate project proposal or agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All renders, models, and creative assets produced during a project remain the intellectual property of Render Munk until full payment has been received.
Project files may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.
Once a project is paid in full, the client receives a license to use final deliverables for the purpose agreed in the project scope.
Source files, working scenes, and raw project data are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
4. Engagement & Payment
A project is confirmed once a signed proposal or deposit has been received.
Deposits secure your place in our project schedule and are non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Delayed payments may affect delivery timelines.
5. Revisions & Scope Changes
Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, outlined in the project proposal.
Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Changes to the original brief after work has begun will be reviewed and quoted separately.
6. Timelines & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated at the start of a project based on its complexity and confirmed in the proposal.
Final files are delivered digitally in the agreed format.
Additional file formats or export requests outside the original scope may incur extra fees.
7. Privacy
Any project details, briefs, or materials shared with us are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless agreed for portfolio or case study use.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in delivering accurate, high-quality work, Render Munk is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party software or hardware, or issues arising from incomplete or changing project briefs.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on this website.
